Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Official Cricket Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused equipment and apparel in original packaging. Please note that customized items, such as knocked-in bats or personalized jerseys, are ineligible for return unless defective.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and protective films are intact on bats and pads.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery labels are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the equipment at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
